Clarius HD Scanner Warranty
Medistar 2 Pty Ltd ACN 614 810 061 as trustee for the JVOT Family Trust trading as “Medistar” (ABN 41 486 656 941) (“we”, “us” or the “Company”) prides itself on providing products of the highest quality and is committed to customer satisfaction. This warranty policy describes the warranty offered by Clarius for the Clarius HD Scanner (“Scanner”) and Scanner batteries and accessories purchased from us on or after 31 October 2019.
New Scanners purchased directly from us include a standard three (3) year limited warranty.
New Batteries and Accessories for the Scanners purchased directly from us have six (6) months warranty coverage.
If a warranty claim is made, the warranty period for any replacement or repaired product will be the unexpired portion of the original warranty period of the replacement or repaired product.
Note: Used and Ex-Demo Clarius-branded ultrasound scanners purchased directly from us have a minimum of one (1) year limited warranty.
During the applicable warranty periods noted above, the warranty covers labour and parts and that the items will be free from defects in materials and/or workmanship.
All warranty repair work must be performed by Clarius Mobile Health Employees in Canada or by the service and manufacturing department of Clarius Mobile Health.
If you or another party attempt to service or repair the scanner, the warranty will cease.
In the event that the Scanner requires service, please contact Medistar (email@example.com) to submit a case issue for your Scanner and one of our team will send you a reply to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. This number must accompany your Scanner upon return in order to obtain service on your defective Scanner.
You must pay the costs involved in shipping the returned Scanner back to the Company. We will pay the costs for shipping of any repaired or replacement Scanners to you.
