gammaCore™ Sapphire Warranty

Medistar 2 Pty Ltd ACN 614 810 061 as trustee for the JVOT Family Trust trading as “Medistar” (ABN 41 486 656 941) (“we”, “us” or the “Company”) prides itself on providing products of the highest quality and is committed to customer satisfaction. This warranty policy describes the warranty offered by electroCore for the gammaCore Sapphire (“gammaCore”) and gammaCore Refill Card (Refill Cards) and Conductive gels purchased from us on or after 10 March 2021.

Warranty

Warranty Periods

gammaCore™ Sapphire devices purchased directly from us include a standard one (1) year limited warranty.

Refill Cards for the gammaCore™ purchased directly from us have one (1) year warranty coverage prior to their use. Please note that once the Refill Cards is used, no warranty exists as the Refill Cards is a consumable product.

The Conductive gel for the gammaCore purchased directly from us has its own expiry date which is no less than three (3) months from the date of purchase. The Conductive gel does not have a warranty period.

If a warranty claim is made, the warranty period for any replacement product will be the unexpired portion of the original warranty period of the replacement product.

Warranty Coverage

During the applicable warranty periods noted above, the warranty covers labour and parts and that the items will be free from defects in materials and/or workmanship.

If you or another party attempt to repair the gammaCore, the warranty will cease.

In the event that the gammaCore™ or the Refill Card requires replacement, please contact Medistar (warranty@medistar.com.au) to  submit a case issue and one of our team will send you a reply to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. This number must accompany your gammaCore™ or the Refill Card upon return in order to facilitate inspection of items prior to any replacement being issued by us.

Shipping costs

You must pay the costs involved in shipping the returned gammaCore or the Refill Card back to the Company. We will pay the costs for shipping of any replacement gammaCore™ or the Refill Cards to you.
